Dr. Jen Hart, DACM, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, specializing in women's wellness, autoimmune conditions, and mental health. She believes the mind, body and spirit connection influences our health and connection to ourselves and others. Our bodies and minds have the power to heal themselves given the right tools.

Cosmic Wellness was founded by Dr. Jen Hart in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After practicing in Texas and Florida, she felt Hampton Roads was in need of an Acupuncture Studio with offerings in energy healing, Chinese herbs, parasite and heavy metal detoxification, and infrared therapies. Cosmic Wellness welcomes individuals of all walks of life, and seeks to bring peace, healing, and health to the community.
